MeritPlusData has been deeply engaged in technologies such as traffic flow detection, traffic scene perception, and traffic data analysis for many years, accumulating a wealth of industry experience in dealing with different traffic scenarios. It has launched a traffic data structured platform system that integrates detection technology, data processing, and edge computing, oriented towards comprehensive traffic control scenarios at intersections. With the structured traffic data perception processor as the core, the system accesses radar-video-magnetic data acquisition systems and phase data, adopts SpringBoot backend services and Vue frontend framework technology for business separation, and combines GIS visualization to calculate basic and refined traffic parameters at road intersections. This realizes accurate judgment of road traffic status and provides precise decision-making data support for traffic control and evaluation.

As the core unit of the traffic data perception and processing system, the structured N3 perception processor can access data from various front-end detection devices such as geomagnetic detectors, video devices, microwave radars, and radar-vision-magnetism integrated machines. It can either directly forward raw data or fuse and output accurate microscopic structured traffic data. In the structured traffic data, specifically for signal optimization, it can provide a variety of indicator parameters including green light loss time, saturation, maximum saturation flow rate, real-time saturation flow rate, green light time, effective green light time, cycle length, traffic capacity, saturation headway, stop-line green light flow, stop-line cycle flow, number of queued vehicles at the start of green light, maximum number of queued vehicles, and average speed. Moreover, it offers visual analysis and comparison of traffic conditions at single intersections and multiple intersections, supports the big data visualization of the leadership cockpit to make the road/intersection/traffic status clear at a glance, and provides comprehensive, accurate, and real-time traffic data information for businesses such as urban traffic signal control, intelligent management, urban brain development, and traffic big data applications.
